What we expect
- Strong experience building full-stack web applications.
- Solid knowledge of React/Next.js and modern TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend services (Node.js or Django).
- Comfort with PostgreSQL, migrations, and query optimization.
- Ability to deliver clean, scalable, maintainable code independently.
- Comfortable working in English with a distributed team.
- Familiarity with Japanese work culture and business etiquette is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications from UI to backend.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Design and implement APIs and database schemas.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and improve development standards.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: 8,000,000 – 20,000,000 UZS per month (based on experience).

- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Tencent) is a plus.
